Thomas Melendez
from Venezuela is an amazing and vibrant artist. He has been dancing all South American dances since being a child and fully understands how to interpret the music with his inimitable style. His style is all about his culture and the well being and fun that dance brings. Thomas has dance diplomas in dance lead training and has worked for the NHS, schools and the universities as well as private parties and corporate events.
Anna Melendez
is a trained dancer in ballet, tap and modern. She fell in love with salsa and set up Salsa del Sol Global with Thomas Melendez. They have appeared on BBC’s Strictly Dance Fever and dance all salsa styles including Cuban, Cuban Rueda and Cross Body salsa. They also teach bachata, merengue, reggaeton and cha cha. They have taught at congresses, festivals in UK and internationally and have a wealth of experience in organising events and are also booked for private corporate events and weddings.
